Conversation killers

A lot of companies tell us the conversation is over before it even starts.  They say "we have a product tailored for your exact needs", or "your business is important to you, and that's why we developed...".  No discussion necessary.

There are two possible responses.  We can take what they're saying on faith, and fill out an order form on the spot.  Or we can figure that since they they don't want to talk to us, it's time to move on.  If we need to have conversations before we buy, the choice is obvious.
